Our Team

Filip
Coach Filip specialises primarily in bodybuilding and strength training. He has over 7 years of gym training experience. Throughout this journey, his main focus has always been on developing an attractive physique in the most effective time possible. In 2024, he became a licensed personal trainer, getting a certificate from the Sports Academy in Warsaw, recognised by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Coach Filip consistently emphasises that his sports successes would’ve been impossible without the experience and skills he got from friends and coaches. That’s why he now combines both roles and aims to help others achieve their goals.

Harry
Coach Harry has been a PT since 2019 (Gym Instructor EQF Level 3 & Personal Trainer EQF Level 4), while being a gym enthusiast himself for over a decade now. Harry is also a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a yellow belt in Judo. Among his biggest accomplishments are a 300kg gym deadlift, 5 one-arm pullups in a row, as well as 1st place on BJJ Allstars Europeans in the advanced division. Throughout the years Harry has coached people from diverse sports backgrounds and is the go-to person regarding strength training. In the past years he has lost over 60 pounds twice in half-a-year periods, showing that everything is possible with the right knowledge & attitude.

Adam
Coach Adam is a Ministry of National Education certified personal traine, whose motivation for being in the industry is the desire to help clients achieve their goals of both improving their overall physique and fitness, as well as increasing their strength and improving their technique in performing fundamental exercises to maintain a fit musculoskeletal system. Adam has been strength training myself for the past seven years, continually gaining new experience which is essential to maintain steady progression. Over the years of strength training, Adam has learned almost all the possible problems of beginners, which have effectively deterred them from long-term training.
